Which carriers handle my order?

Domestic (U.S.): Primarily UPS.

International: UPS and DHL, through our global fulfillment network.

When will I receive my order?

Since every HOLYDEER piece is made-to-order just for you, the total time consists of production plus shipping:

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Time (after production):

    • United States: 3–7 business days.

    • Europe: 5–10 business days.

    • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days.

    Note: Delivery estimates may vary based on customs processing and local holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the specific product type.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to Turkey and selected countries on orders above a certain amount.

  • International: For other regions, shipping fees are applied based on the fulfillment center’s location. You can review the detailed rate table [here].

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Simply enter your Order Number and Email Address, then click “Find My Order” to see the latest updates.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to sync.

Important Notes for Our Global Community:

  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping information is 100% accurate. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Support: If your package is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@holydeer.com.

How can I return or exchange an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, don’t worry. You can return or exchange unused and unwashed items with their original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  • United States & Europe: “Change of mind” returns are accepted.

  • Other Countries: Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

  • Note: Since our pieces are made-to-order, we encourage mindful selection before purchasing.

Which items are eligible for exchange?

Exchanges are valid only for the same style and category. You can swap your item for a different size or color of the exact same model.

  • Example: A “Regular Basic T-shirt” can only be exchanged for another “Regular Basic T-shirt” in a different size/color.

  • If you’d like a different fit or model, please return your original item and place a new order.

How do I start the return process?

  1. Contact Us: All return requests must begin by emailing support@holydeer.com.
  2. Get Instructions: Once approved, we will send you the specific return address and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship It Back:

    • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover the shipping cost.

    • Change of Mind: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.

  • Processing Time: Usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Payment Method: Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal).

What about orders with promotions?

If you return part of an order that was purchased under a campaign (e.g., “Buy 2 Get 1 Free”), the refund will be calculated based on the remaining items. If the return causes the order to no longer meet the campaign requirements, the discount will be voided, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can quickly check out as a Guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders easily and be the first to know about our new collections and exclusive art-inspired drops.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer various secure payment options at checkout:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (depending on your region).

  • Please note: We do not accept bank transfers (Wire/EFT) at this time.

How do you ensure my payment security?

Your security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption technology for all transactions. HOLYDEERdoes not store your credit card information or share your personal data with third parties.

Can I cancel my order?

Because each item is made-to-order, the production process starts almost immediately.

  • Before Production: You can request a cancellation within the first few hours by contacting support@holydeer.com.

  • After Shipping: Once the item has shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return process once the package reaches you.

Do you offer installment payments?

Installment options may be available depending on your bank and the payment provider (such as Klarna or Afterpay) available in your country at checkout. You can see the available terms after entering your card details.

Why can't I log in to my account?

If you’re having trouble accessing your account, please check the following:

  • Email Address: Ensure you are using the same email address you used during registration.

  • Password: If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen. We’ll send a reset link to your email immediately.

  • Activation: If you’re a new member, check your inbox for our “Welcome” email. You may need to click the activation link inside to verify your account.

How can I update my profile information?

Once logged in, click on your username in the top right corner and navigate to the “Profile” or “Account Settings” tab. Simply make your changes and click “Save.”

 

Can I close my account permanently?

Yes. To delete your account, log in and go to your profile page. Scroll to the bottom and select the “Close Account” or “Delete Account” option.

Step-by-Step Ordering

Shopping with HOLYDEER is a seamless experience:

  1. Select Your Art: Add your favorite designs to your cart.

  2. Checkout: You can sign in to your account or continue as a Guest.

  3. Shipping & Billing: Enter your delivery address. If your billing address is different, please uncheck the “Same as shipping” box to enter new details.

  4. Review & Confirm: Double-check your items and address in the “Order Summary” before confirming your purchase.

 

Important Notes During Payment

Security (3D Secure): For card payments, ensure you enter the security code (SMS) from your bank promptly. If the code expires, the order will be canceled automatically.

Order Review: You can modify quantities or update information at any time before clicking the final “Place Order” button.

Production & Stock Status

  • Made-to-Order: Once confirmed, your unique piece enters production. Please remember that production takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Stock Availability: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable during the production phase, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a full refund.

Legal & Privacy

    • Data Protection: Your personal data is safe with us. You can access our Privacy Policy  and our Terms of Service

    • Record Keeping: Your order confirmation and digital agreement will be stored in our systems for 3 years. A copy will also be sent to your email immediately after purchase.

    • Dispute Resolution: In case of any disputes, we aim to resolve issues amicably through our support team. Formally, you may refer to the consumer protection laws and arbitration services in your country of residence.
