At HolyDeer.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund process varies by region to ensure compliance and fairness.

1. For Customers in the United States (US)

Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Change of Mind: Accepted. Since all apparel items are made-to-order, we encourage careful selection before purchasing.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@holydeer.com. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

2. For Customers in the European Union (EU)

Right of Withdrawal: You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, as per EU consumer protection laws.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

How to Request: Email support@holydeer.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping: Customers cover change-of-mind returns. We cover shipping for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

3. For Customers in Other Countries

Return Window: 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted in these regions.

How to Request: Contact support@holydeer.com within 7 days of delivery with a description and photo(s) of the issue. We will review and provide instructions if eligible.

Return Shipping: Covered by us for all approved cases.

4. General Return Process

Return Instructions: Once approved, we will send detailed instructions and the correct return address.

Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Condition Review: Returned items must be in original condition. Used, worn, or altered items may not qualify for a refund.
