Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment & Shipping Overview

All HolyDeer products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printify, our trusted third-party print-on-demand partner. Orders are printed and shipped directly from Printify’s global production network based on customer location and availability.

2. Processing Time

Production Time: 2–5 business days.

Orders enter production immediately after purchase. Production times may vary depending on demand, holidays, or stock levels.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery estimates do not include production time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and fulfillment center location.

5. Tracking

Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees or taxes depending on the destination country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delays & Issues

HolyDeer is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

1. Contact the carrier directly.

2. Then contact us at support@holydeer.com.

   We will assist as much as possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked delivered.

9. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to regions restricted by U.S. export laws or Printify’s operational limitations.
